So sad, mental health is something we have to maintain it has no gender no status and doesn't discriminate at all. My condolences to Regina King and family I pray her sons death doesn't go in vain and it brings awareness to mental health of our young black men and women. Seek help it helps. I myself deal with depression and ptsd due to a recent tragedy that has occurred in my life. That has left incapable of living life as I once known it so I have began therapy in thes pass 4 months. It definitely helps it's in no way a cure but having someone who doesn't Judge you to talk to is everything. 🙏🏾🙏🏾for Regina King
