I have been trying to cancel this contract for over 2 years. I have spoken to at least 9 different people. I have called their 800 and been on hold then disconnected. I have receive paperwork to will out with no company or logo printed anywhere. I was promised that if I turned over my weeks to a company that was associated with Marival I would be paid for my weeks that someone would rent. Never happened. The resort is lovely and most that work there are friendly and helpful. However, dealing with customer service and their staff is something if I ever have to deal with again I’d rather shoot myself.
