This guy lives in a dump, never wears a shirt, and sits on his porch and stares at everyone who drives by. It is really creepy. The guy has a small dog and a rattail in his hair. Stay away from this guy.

That would make them …. neighborly.. and [email protected]#-fobid they should be neighborly. Thank goodness I live in a very nice neighborly place. I wish everybody had as good a set of neighbors as I do. I feel bad for this poor guy with is his little do and his bad hair-cut for having such a judgemental, insensitive and bigoted neighbor.

My dad does wear a shirt but is terminal and the highlight of his day is sitting on his front porch watching the cars go by. Maybe he is on a fixed income(hence the “dump” you refer to), no family and lonely (Hence his dog as a companion), and maybe he doesn’t wear a shirt because it’s hot and he has no a/c. What does a rat tail have anything to do with it? Oh my goodness he may be a lonely man, with a bad hair cut, and doesn’t have a lot of money…yeah, definately stay away from him what ever you do. How shallow and inhumane can you get.
