San Francisco, CA 94103 USThis fella shoots the finger, swears and cusses at anyone in earshot. He goes by the name of Chris D. During the day he prowls City Hall being totally disagreeable with anyone who doesn’t think the same way as he… The Board of Supervisors couldn’t bring themselves to censure him, but they should have. Very uncivil, for a so called civil servant. He owns his own home, but certainly doesn’t want anyone else to.
