Swimming Pool kept filled all year long uncovered. No organic recycling. Minimal cardboard recycling. Doesnt clean car park of 150 car oil leaks, lets it run off into the river drains, no use of grey water. Filled with asbestos, only space for 10 bicycles when there are over 150 tenants, irrigating evergreens that are dying with hoses for weeks on end, tenants run aircon and heat all day long. Dinosaur of a building, gigantic carbon footprint.
