New York, NY 10002 USFourth floor neighbor blasted his bass. When asked, more than once, to turn it down, he explained that it was his right to listen to his music. This guy’s smug and could care less about his neighbors.

Your comment is out of line!! I see far more white people with the bass pumping out of their cars then black people!! By the way I am white!! I don’t care for the thumping bass myself, but it is not just a certian race thing!!
