Edmonds, WA 98026 USThis is the worst, They have two dogs in a caged area behind there garage. They bark and yelp.. all day and all nite.. They never feed the dogs or give them any shelter out of the weather..They have been barking now for two days straight usually means owners are out of town and they dogs just arent being fed and are crying all nite..These are the worst neighbors ever.

PLEASE if you know they are not home feed them. I know i couldn’t see an animal suffer, I would feed them, and call animal control right away

It was easy for me to report because I had the name and adress of every home owner on my reports. I’d go home and report animal abuse in my spare time. It was so easy to do.

I thank you for taking the time to report ppl. who abuse animals. I feel so bad for the animals out there that we don’t know about. They can’t help themselves and it’s good to know someone is on their side.

Animals have rights in this country to. How big are the cages they are in? Do they have enough room to walk around? Are they walking around in their own excrement and urine? If so they are breaking the law. You can file a anonymous complaint with the authorities so they don’t know who filed the complaint.
