New York, NY 11103 USPerson has an obnoxious car alarm on a relatively average condition mini van that goes off any time someone walks within 5 feet of the car. worse of all, it will run for 10-15 minutes or until he decides to come out to turn it off. Usually, if it goes off once, it goes off five or 6 times.
