The kid needs to get off that loud scooter, and quit using a speed moniter as an excuse to speed! His parents are even worse! His dad keeps gossipping and lying to new neighbors about other neighbors (not a lie) he will even yell at you if you walk in front of his house. No one in this cul-de-sac talks to these guys, and you shouldn’t either.

If you check the entire neighborhood block from 108th Ave-116 Ave and 176 St-192 St, you will notice that this is a neighborhood that houses about 1,000 homes or so, and that’s a pretty large size I cover! About 2 square miles or so! Out of the 42 residents I could have complained about within the last 4 years (not all at the same time of course) for some of the smallest and stupidest things like a lot of posters do. I chose 8. 8 out of 42 in a neighborhood of about 1,000! Do the math! I’ve complained about %1.5 of this neighborhood. Could have been about %29 more, (34 more homes) making it close to %31 total! The only reason why I complained about those 8 because those were the only ones that posed a real problem for an extended period of time. Some have improved, and that’s why a couple were deleted, problem no more. So how are you claiming that I complain about everyone in the neighborhood to make myself popular? I don’t care about popularity! Certainly not as much as you!

If you really want to harass someone like that, who has posted some very strange and pathetic posts (who infact has posted at least 3 times more than me) again, search for coloxr400, and bother him for a while!

Technically, those are HIS limbs because they are hanging over HIS side of the fence. If the scooter is excessively loud, call the police.

If the child is under 18 and riding it without a helmet, call the police.

If the child is speeding in the neighborhood, call the police.

There is no moral or ethical issue with a child spending time with another child older or younger.

As a grown man, the neighborhood children sometimes knock on my door asking if i will referee their basketball games. Occasionally i join in the games at their request for fun. Other parents appreciate the fact that there is an older individual around to keep an eye on things.

Who are you to tell people who they should and should not talk to?

IF you want your posts to be effective stick to purely factual evidentiary items and leave the emotion out of it.
