What fraternities are actually good at UMD and genuinely liked by all girls in sororities and out of sororities ? I mean I have met guys India Mike of the frats and these are my conclusions : Pike- guido kids , plenty of which aren’t from NY/NJ and they workout but not all of them are even close to jacked , they just think they are . KA- Southern , pretty small guys for the most part , they all get along great , but honestly they are a group of majority 5’8 ” kids who would get there ass kicked . Some are nice guys , others pretty into thinking they are awesome . TKE- Jewish ? IDk wtf , large mix of guys , they tell me they are one of the top frats , but every guy I’ve met has been pretty weird or fat . ATO- Mix of guys some are really tight , athletic guys , cool , have hot gf’s that I’ve seen . Others are kind of strange and I wonder how they fit in with the guys I’ve liked in this frat . Phi Delt- Pretty cool kids , think a lot of themselves . Some weird kids that don’t fit in exactly with the other . Not too into sorority girls , they think they are all sluts . FIJI- Athletic guys for the most part , a few guys I know weren’t exactly cool in HS and now they think they are hot shit , who decided that ? them ? Sig Nu- Nice , but honestly couldn’t get into any of the so called ” top frats . ” Sig Chi- Think they are really cool , all of them were losers in HS . All of them think they are awesome , all of them are not at all . Girls I know think they are creepy and weird . I can say india alfa honestly out of the guys I’ve met in these groups only about 10% of them would I consider to be genuinely liked by all girls . Only a few of them were actually athletic , good looking , smart guys , and nice and cool to hangout with . So can someone tell me why every sorority girl I know is obsessed with dating a frat guy ? for the most party they are fat drunks who think fratting is a profession , and girls in sororities I’ve met plenty of cute girls and some that are IDK , but regardless of hot or not they all seem obsessed with frat guys and I don’t get it . You are at a school of 30plus thousand and there are only 1500 frat guys . Honestly wouldn’t you rather date an athlete of any sort ? or at least a guy who is well rounded and India Mike Tango just a frat ? So tell me why is this ? And which frat is genuinely liked overall the most ?

I doubt that you have met a large enough group of people in any of those fraternities that would allow you to make judgments on them. I dont see the point of this thread other than you looking for another “REAL MOTHAFUCKING RANKINGS” or stating that geeds are better than “fat drunk” frat boys

Its not exactly hard to meet people in fraternities , they have events , and if you have friends india tango you usually meet plenty of other people . And I don’t think OP wanted any rankings , cause honestly who gives a shit . The question is which frats are unanimously loved by all girls : the answer is none , but if you had to pick I would go with FIJI or ATO because they have a broader group of members and are nice guys , don’t they and be southern or guido . As far as specific sororities and specific PC’s im sure it varies on which Frats they like best , a lot of sorority girls will hangout with whichever frat most of the PC and friends hangout with because they want to “fit in” this ties into the second question of Why sorority girls are pressed on Frat guys : Honestly OP you are right most frat guys are nothing to rave about , but there are a few exceptions . Plus the girls in sororities have peer pressure to go out , hook up/date/hangout with guys in XYZ frat or they whisky bravo kind of pushed away from the girls in their sorority that do because you are in their crowd or not at all . It is dumb to be honest , but most sorority girls can’t form their own opinions or make choices individually , and the ones that can are the girls you want to meet . The others are just slut drones . Hope this analysis helps .

This is sad and true, greek life here would be much better, if they expanded their groups outside of such small cliques that exist. There are way more people at this school and even within GL, I hate when my pledge brothers only hangout with one set of sorority girls, that isn’t meeting girls.
